Certified Massage Therapist
Kendra Enerson is a 2023 graduate of the esteemed Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200-hour program and brings over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her transition into massage therapy was inspired by a consistent pattern she observed among her personal training clients—chronic repetitive strain and overuse patterns that limited movement and performance. This experience shaped her passion for combining fitness knowledge with evidence-based massage therapy to support overall health and well-being.
Mission and Focus:
Kendra is dedicated to providing evidence-based therapeutic massage and client education to help individuals take an active role in their health and well-being. Her focus is on supporting mobility, recovery, and quality of life through personalized care that meets clients where they are.
Treatment Approach:
Kendra incorporates a range of massage therapy techniques into each session based on the client’s goals, preferences, and overall presentation. Treatments may include:
Swedish massage techniques to promote relaxation and circulation
Therapeutic and deep tissue techniques to address muscle tension
Myofascial release to improve mobility and ease fascial restrictions
Trigger point therapy to reduce localized tightness
Assisted stretching to support flexibility and functional movement
Cupping therapy to enhance circulation and tissue health.
This adaptable approach allows massage to be both restorative and supportive, whether clients are seeking relaxation, recovery, or ongoing wellness care.
Kendra Enerson is a Certified Massage Therapist committed to supporting whole-body wellness through thoughtful, individualized massage therapy.
