Kendra Enerson, a 2023 graduate of the esteemed Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200-hour program, brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in the fitness industry. Her journey into massage therapy was spurred by a keen observation—a recurring trend of chronic repetitive and overuse injuries among her clients, hindering their movements and limiting their fitness potential. This realization ignited Kendra's passion to complement her personal training business with the transformative benefits of remedial massage therapy.

Her goal is to enable clients to live their best lives with minimal pain and discomfort. Jessica Chatwin, a 2018 graduate of Makami College with a Diploma of Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy, completed a comprehensive 3000-hour program. Over the years she has gained specialize knowledge in both dynamic myofascial cupping and TMJD treatments.

Specializing in addressing a wide range of concerns, Jessica focuses on chronic pain, stress, posture-related symptoms, disc injuries, headaches (tension, migraines), tendonitis/tendinosis, and whiplash.

Her expertise extends to various massage therapy treatments, including:

•   deep tissue and relaxation massages

•   manual fascial release

•   lymphatic drainage

•   prenatal massage

•   trigger point therapy

•   various stretching techniques

In addition to her clinical skills, Jessica has a wealth of experience working with MVAs (Motor Vehicle Accidents) and Veterans' Affairs Canada, particularly assisting veterans dealing with chronic pain associated with PTSD and mental health issues. She is well-versed in the specific insurance coverage and specialized care required by veterans.

Balancing marriage, three children, and multiple pets, Jessica empathizes with the difficulties of prioritizing self-care.

Jessica's overarching goal and mission involve educating her clients on understanding their body struggles and highlighting the significance of self-care, even for individuals with hectic schedules.
